90 days to try Steadi
You have 90 days from delivery to request a refund of the purchase price for any reason. Used products are eligible, and you don’t need the original packaging.
How a return works
Contact support@getsteadi.com, the return-support address listed in Steadi Labs’ policy. A free US return label is provided.
The refund is processed to your original payment method once the carrier scans your return. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.
For a damaged or defective item, the policy provides a replacement or refund without requiring a return.
